There has never been a dog out there who, at one time or another, has not had bad breath. It can be for any reason. Maybe he just got a bad batch of dog food or, unbeknownst to you, nibbled on a dead bird outside. Yuck!
But basically, bad breath come with having a precious pooch. Yes, we do understand that if it lasts too long that means there may be health issues, something you may want to check with the vet about, but more often than not it is merely all about being a dog.
Now, this is not to say you should not worry about keeping Fido’s teeth clean with an occasional brushing and tartar control snack.
That will aid in the long run with the strength of his teeth, food chewing, and his breath!
