How to Figure Out if You’re Ready to Adopt Another Pup

If you've been thinking about adopting another dog for quite some time but haven't made your final decision yet, what's holding you back? If not every family member is on board with you adopting another dog this one reason to wait. Another is if the complex you live at does not accept more than one dog at your condo.

Before you head to the animal shelter to pick out a furry friend, do your homework first.

It's important to make sure the new dog will get along with your current pooch and more importantly, that you can also afford to have another pet. Don't be fooled — having more than one dog can be expensive! Make sure you have enough funds saved up because you never know what health problems may pop up.

If everything aligns then, perhaps it is meant to be, but first it's important to think everything through.
