RECALL ALERT: If Your Dog Eats These Hot Dogs, You Need to Stop Feeding Them to Him NOW.

If you're occasionally feeding your dog some people food that's fine, but you need to be aware of the food recalls. Not only can you get sick from eating something that's been recalled, but your dog can too! In particular, these hot dogs are no good for your pooch! Find out which ones!

It turns out Bar-S Foods Company has issued a recall for over 370,000 pounds of pork and chicken hot dogs. This also includes corndog products. There is a chance of Listeria contamination while they were processing the hot dogs. If you feed your dogs any of these hot dogs as an occasional snack, you should pull these products out of the fridge or freezer and make sure you don't have anything from Bar-S. 16-oz/1-lb. packages of “BAR-S Classic BUN LENGTH Franks MADE WITH CHICKEN, PORK ADDED” with “Use By” date of 10/11/2016 and case code 209.

42.72-oz./2.67-lb. cartons of “BAR-S CLASSIC CORN DOGS – 16 Honey Batter Dipped Franks On A Stick” with “Use By” dates of 4/7/2017 and 4/8/2017 and case code 6396.
