However, after a while, you find that Fido is taking up the bed and interrupting your sleep schedule. And all of a sudden allowing your pooch to sleep with you no longer seems like such a great idea! If only you could get more sleep instead of getting up at dawn!

But how do you train your doggy to sleep in her bed since she already sleeps in yours? It's no easy feat, but it can do it. It won't happen overnight, but in time, you can transition Fido back to her bed instead of yours. Plus, teaching your dog to go to her bed has other benefits as well. Such as when guests come over!
