#9 Flax Seeds
To promote healthy skin and coat, try adding fresh ground flax seeds or flax seed oil as a source of omega-3 fatty acids. the seeds are also a good source of fiber. Dogs don't like rancid oil any more than humans, though, so store them in a dark container in the refrigerator.
