While our dogs aren't able to speak English fluently, we know they understand many words like “walk”, “car” and the ever-so-popular “treat”. And since they're able to match words with commands, our dogs will politely sit when asked to do so. We always feel like proud and successful dog parents when our pets learn a new trick and we love being able to brag to our friends about how smart our dog is.
