A couple named Mark and Elaine Cooper understand this feeling all too well. Their dog Milly recently gave birth to a litter of puppies and they were over the moon excited. After all, having new puppies brings so much joy to a household, especially for the new mom!
However, when the couple began to check out the new bundles of joy, something quite strange caught their attention.
