You can like or even love dogs a lot without wanting your neighbor’s German Shepherd constantly jumping up to peer over the fence in your yard. It’s hard on the fence and you just know, one day, he’s going to learn how to get up and over.
Neutralizing the problem early is probably a given but you do not want to approach the neighbor and demand they keep their pooch inside. You need to get proactive and creative, as did the lady over in the video on the next page!
She had the idea of drilling nose and eye holes into her fence, just enough to allow the pooch to see in without having him jump up on the fence. Did it work?
