It can be heartbreaking to see a sad little pooch freezing outside in the cold. Maybe it's snowing, or raining, or well below the freezing temperature on a clear day, but that doggy is feeling the cold.
It's hard to ignore such a miserable pup, but there are ways in which to deal with it. That shivering pooch will be thanking you soon enough.
