We love our spouse and children but there is just something really special about our dog.
When our significant other is critical, and possibly rightly so, of something we have done our dog is there to snuggle up and take the hurt away. When our kids do something wrong and a big fight ensues between the generations, in the aftermath our dog is there, looking up at us, asking if he can help.
It is that none judgmental gift a domesticated dog has that makes him or her really worth our time and energy. And if that pooch is a little needier than another dog, after all, we put them through with our human silliness, our best friend is worth all the petting, kind words, cuddling and treats we are willing to lob his way.
After the break, go over to the next page and read-up of five (5) dog breed that requires a little extra loving and care but are entirely worth it!
Our doggies may be annoyingly anxiety prone at times but it is because they love and rely on Mommy and Daddy so much! Check them out!
