Alert: New Dog Food Recall of February 2017

It is commendable and a little frightening when a dog food company, without pressure from outside, voluntarily recalls its dog food. As of February 14, 2017, the Against the Grain Pet Food Company voluntarily recalled one lot of Pulled Beef with Gravy Dinner for dogs because it may be contaminated with pentobarbital.

The symptoms of eating a dog food with pentobarbital: May cause side effects such as dizziness, balance problems, drowsiness, and anxiety. There is also the potential of nausea, nystagmus where your dog’s eyes may move back and forth in a jerky manner. Not to mention there's also the reaction of a dog having the inability to stand. Finally, there is the possibility of you fur baby falling into a coma as well.
