In early July of this year, a Georgia family was hit with a tragic double whammy. The Mother of two was diagnosed and passed away from a brain tumor, leaving her spouse and two children deeply bereft. Then, to make a bad time even worse, the family dog – Judo – was frightened by some Independence Day firework and ran away.
The family hunted for their beloved pooch but could not find him, even reaching out to a local animal shelter. As you can imagine, this was incredibly tough on the children. What they really needed was a little touch of good-luck – and they got it!
The family was being interviewed by a local TV station, having heard of their plight and hoping a TV spot might just help in finding their furry family member, when – while being interviewed – the Dad noticed something shocking!
