Pregnant Mom to be is Told to Give Up Her Dogs. Her Response? Truly Heartwarming!

Our dogs are such a huge part of our lives that many of us would be heartbroken without them. Unfortunately, sometimes people give up their dogs when they are going to move or have a child. However, this pregnant woman decided to do something completely different. Her response to everyone who told to give up her dogs before having her baby is so touching!

How This Pregnant Woman Responded When Being Told To Give Up Her Dogs Is:

Sanjana Madappa works for Compassion Unlimited Plus Action (CUPA), a shelter in Bangalore, India, and has five rescue dogs all adopted from there.

Whenever Madappa would try to counsel families who were giving up their dogs because they were expecting, they would tell her that because she'd never been pregnant or had a child, she couldn't possibly understand.

And then, Madappa found out she was pregnant.

Friends, family and even her own doctor told Madappa that she should give up all five of her dogs before her son arrived.  She couldn't imagine giving up five family members just to make room for one.

Since so many people couldn't seem to understand why Madappa would want to keep her dogs despite being pregnant, she decided to show them. With the help of photographer Bhargavi Naveen, Madappa, her husband and all five dogs did a photoshoot to show the world exactly how much this baby would be loved, both by his parents and his doggie siblings.

Cujo, Diego, Leo, Credit and Munni were all more than happy to participate in the photoshoot.

All five dogs were so gentle with their pregnant mom.

“The dogs were always there for me, especially when things got tough during the pregnancy,” Madappa said.

Finally, Madappa's son Ayan was born — and his new dog siblings continued to prove everyone wrong by being so gentle and loving with their new baby brother.

As you can see, these five dogs were excited for their new baby brother. They were also very careful around their pregnant mom and again once their brother finally arrived. Now the dogs and their baby brother will get grow up together. They will be there for their brother just like they were for mom.

They sure did prove everyone wrong about how possible it was to become a wonderful and loving family, dogs and all.
