It’s that time of year, when just before spring officially began we all had to turn the clocks forward one hour. It never really seems like much. It’s only an hour but – oh boy – the loss of those precious sixty minutes really does tend to play havoc with our body’s system.

If you're feeling tired and find yourself nodding off a little bit while working — yep — you can blame Daylight Saving Time on that. It's okay; you know you'd rather blame it on Daylight Saving Time rather than the fact that you stayed up too late watching a favorite TV show! LOL!

While we can adjust to it quite easily after a week or two, visually, if the time change has the same effect on our dogs we have to notice something odd in their behavior(s). If only they could speak!

Feeding and bedtimes have changed and, with that, so have potty breaks and playtime…
