We used to think our dog was just unnaturally jittery. Every time we left the house our Max would apparently freak-out a bit. Once, while we were away from home for a good portion of the day, he actually tore down the inside paneling of our front door!
As it turns out, Max is not that unusual. Approximately 32 million dogs in the U.S. suffer from nervousness or separation anxiety, either from the absence of a pet-parent or frightening outside noises like fireworks or thunderstorms.
There really are few things we, as pet parents, can do about the problem, except make our dogs as comfortable as possible. With this in mind, Chris and Jonathan have created the ZenCrate.
