Weezy may not be the most attractive dog in town. Her tongue hangs out and a great many of her teeth are missing. But she is much loved by her family and particularly by her little human brother.
And that is saying a lot because Weezy is one of the timidest little pooches you ever saw! Years ago, she was so shy that her former owner sent her back to the shelter because they could not do anything with her. She was always huddled into a corner by herself and did not want to play or interact with any of the family members!
Luckily, a kind and patient family took her under their protective wings and while progress was slow, things began to speed up with the arrival of a baby!
