Even in the best of families you may have different species of animals that, while not exactly buddies, at least tolerate one another. This is most common with a cat and dog. It is an age-old battle and if you get one or the other to merely tolerate the other you are doing very well.
However, there are some cats and dogs that actually get along marvelously! Yes, it’s unlikely but it does happen.
A wonderful example of this friendship can be found on the next page. We have a plucky pug pooch and a very exotic sphinx cat. Talk about implausible! Yet, they not only seem to like each other – but love one another!
