It's a classic sibling situation! One always gets a little envious and the other has to be on the receiving end of the debauchery. But why on her birthday?? This Golden Retriever made us simultaneously LOL and feel for his sister. She's probably thinking, “I have to wear this hat and I don't get even get a cupcake for it??” Hopefully, her mom had some backup birthday treats! We wouldn't blame his sister for plotting to get revenge on his birthday!
