3. Pugs are prone to obesity… so don't cave when looking into their big eyes!

Yes, it's easy to give a Pug whatever he wants when he looks at you with his big puppy dog eyes (this is especially true for Pugs, because their eyes are SO big!), but don't cave. Pugs are very motivated by food, which makes it ideal to train and reward them, however, this doesn't mean you should over feed them.

4. It's important to watch what a Pug eats so that he doesn't get obese, which can lead to health problems.

Feed a Pug too much, and he may become overweight. Since obesity is an issue for Pugs, it's important to monitor what food you're feeding him and how much you are giving him. Oh, and make sure he gets enough exercise!

Just like with humans exercising more frequently usually leads to weight loss and staying healthy, so if you feel your Pug needs to trim down, work on his diet and take him out for a few extra daily walks!

The next one after the break is so true but SO hilarious! Be prepared to ROFL over this Pug illustration…
