First of all, to all of our cat lovers out there, we still love you! However, we have to remind you and everyone else of one important thing: dogs rule and cats drool! 😉 Nah, we know that dogs still drool, but there are visible signs (at least to dog owners) why owning a doggy is so much better than owning a cat.
If the reasons why aren't already obvious, we'd be happy to point out some facts. Owning a dog helps you make friends more quickly. Try it yourself by sitting down with your pooch. It's likely that at least a few strangers will come by asking to pet your pooch and strike up a conversation with you.
Dogs can also protect you and alert you of impending danger. These “guard dogs” are not only great for your safety but make you feel safe, especially if you live by yourself.
