When he first arrived at Anne Arundel County Animal Control, the old pup probably thought that he was about to be put to sleep. However, one special couple came along and gave him the second chance at life that he so richly deserved.
They have made a solemn promise to Rocky and they vow to remain by his side until the very end.
As a society, we are always far too quick to cast the elderly aside and this mentality has begun to seep into the way that we handle our animals. No dog deserves to die in a shelter.
