This is absolutely hilarious! At first, the dog just stands there and the expression on his face is definitely not amused. He looks clearly unhappy. Then when his mom tries to get him to leave he starts throwing a fit about the vest and lays on his back almost as if to say he isn't going anywhere with that thing on!
