Norbert is only 3 pounds but he sure knows how to love like any big dog would! When you see how tiny he is, you won't be able to help but smile. This little guy has so much personality!
AWW! What a cutie! Did you see the way he loved to give hi-fives to his friends?! We just can't get enough of his adorable face and tongue! Lucky for Norbert that he has so many friends and family that love him just the way he is!
