There are times when we spoil our fur children to the point where they feel all they find must belong to them.
The little female Pug on the next page is no exception. She found something, possibly a kitchen item that fell off a counter. The minute it hit the floor this little miss decided it was hers without question.
Finders keepers and all that.
The one thing she did not count on was that Mom might need it back! What?! How can that be?! That’s just not fair!
The pup races over to her little dog house, while dragging the item with her and will not give it up! There are grunts and growls and even a bark or two. How do you bargain with a possessive Pug like this?

I have had to do that with one of my Pugs if he wanted to keep something

You can’t say that they are not determined or stubborn. However they are the best! I have done that with mixed results. You can guess who usually won or at least thought he did.
