When you're having a bad day sometimes all you really need is a pick me up. You may call a friend, listen to some inspirational music, play with your pooch, or invite a family member to go on a walk with you. There are several things you can do to turn a frown upside down and start thinking positive again even if you're in a slump.
But what about a hug?
Sometimes a hug is really all you need because it's the love and affection that calms you down and puts a smile on your face again.
Hugs are the best, especially if they come from your furry best friend! This pet parent couldn't agree more on the video and he loves hugs so much that he trained his doggy to hug him on command!
