Another option is Rover may be cleaning the backdoor. After all, look how meticulous he is. Back and forth he goes. Such a good clean doggie he is!
While we may never really know what is in the head of this particular pup we all agree that he thinks he has a purpose! Personally, we do think he’s licking as an attention seeker but an expert with dogs may have another opinion.
Oh no! Maybe he’s anxiety ridden and in that case, we may eventually find ourselves feeling a little guilty. It’s never proper laughing uproariously at a doggy who is suffering from anxiety!
