Gidget, the Yorkie Mom, is ready and willing to do what it takes to protect her home and puppies. It is just the nature of the dog — and a mother. And you would think her puppies would not yet understand what she is doing. But you might just be surprised!
Why did it have to be creepy hens? This is what Gidget seems to be asking. And we love that her little girl, Lo, is the first to respond when attempting to scare the birds away! She has wonderful instincts!
Her brothers eventually follow her and also sound the alarm. It is simply a family of protective Yorkies and we think Gidget ought to be proud of her intelligent and well-taught puppies!
